If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from nhsskatedirect.com, you can return your item(s) for free* for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.
Please note: We do not accept returns on assembled custom completes & sale items. Returns from Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico & USVI aren't free.
If you entered the wrong address, please call, chat or email us as soon as possible, once the order has shipped we can't modify the address.
We don't currently accept exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted item within the 60 day window, and placing a new order.
